Chedderville is a community in Clearwater County, Alberta. Its nearest neighbours are Dovercourt (8.27 km) and Caroline (10.92 km). Chedderville School District No. 3676 was an important part of the local history. The first Chedderville School was located one and one-half miles west of what is now the main road and was built in 1917. The All Hallows Church was named in honour of the “All Hallows Church on the Hill” Church – the oldest church in London, England, dating back to Roman times. It was heavily bombed in 1940 during WWII air raids, and a fragment of the wreckage was sent to Alberta to be incorporated into the new Chedderville church. The oldest grave marker found in this cemetery dates back to 1954 and commemorates Deborah Charlotte “Debbie” McArthur, the 7-month-old daughter of Charles William McArthur & Mary Gladys (Caplette) McArthur.
